A Friendship Train freight car bears the message "Good Health to all... From Rexall." Another message reads: "To our friends in Europe from the 10,000 Rexall druggists of the United States of America" in English and other languages. In 1947, the Friendship Train was filled with donations from the U.S. collected for the benefit of European communities affected by World War II.
